Finally got to make a 1/2 batch out of our grass fed pork
it was easy to do just follow the instructions.
then we smoked it with kiln dried discards [hardwood maple] slow and low
for 8 hrs.
had a few people test it and so far it scored a 10 out of 10
using the grass fed pork the meat slices...
getting into processing season,, just waiting for the temp to go down a little more.
my knives are shaped on a belt sander made for sharpening knives.
as I go I swipe the blade regularly on a diamond steel
I am a lefty so the cut resistant glove goes on the right hand

last i heard was 120,000 seating.

Went on disability in Sept. of 2011 due to a neck injury at the NPS
still dealing with the trauma , have good days and bad ones
go on Medicare in Jan. don't plan on going to do any more medical stuff

ours is the fluffy dry snow that blows around easy

I have one for the Big Bite 22 from lem
I use it for stuffing sausage casings so it just stays on the machine
for some reason I need to stop in a hurry I can vs going for the switch

ya we have the snowshoe rabbit up here in the Keweenaw
if the snow doesn't get too deep in the early part of the winter its a blast to run them with beagles
they will go in a big circle almost out of ear shot then return with the dog in hot pursuit
