Adding propane assist to a wood/charcoal smoker
The firebox seals quite well. The exhaust has a damper that seals very well. On a warm day it's actually really easy to let this thing get way too hot. Adding propane assist to a wood/charcoal smoker
I would like to add a propane assist to this smoker we built. This thing works great when it's warm out, but can be hard to keep up to temperature in colder evenings.
