What is this Meat
A friend gave me a pack of meat. We thawed it and it is 2 pieces. Thought it was Picanha but the fat cap is thin and the grain doesn't look like it. It comes from Snake River Farms. Any ideas?- mberrier

So I have about 9 of these that were given me in a box with no Identification. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what it may be. They weigh 11 pounds each. Thanks for the help.- mberrier
