    Avocado, green or white onion. Jalapeño is good or maybe some habanero. Sour cream maybe if I’m in the mood. I like tortillas if we have some. I think that’s about it.

    Man I think you all have it covered. The only thing I can add would be chipotle powder and ancho powder. We make a lot of Mexican style marinades and rubs. Lemon and lime and oranges for marinades.
