    Well you've definitely been making some great progress David. Just think where you could be if you hadn't slowed down to eat or sleep 😆 . But that meal sure had a STOP sign beside and I would need a long siesta after a belly full of those ribs! Love to boat ramp! Keith

Fat cap up vs down will always a debate among folks in the BBQ world and also depends on the heat source...
