Got it. Thanks for the help guys. Going to wrap it now. I have a digital thermometer with the high temp limit. It doesnt have a low temp limit though.. It'd be neat to find a thermometer that follows the current temp and sets an alarm if it drops below 10 degrees of the highest temperature... -

Hey all, Im currently 14 hours into what should be a 14 hour smoke.. At 10 hours, 9 AM, my power flickered and it shut the smoker off. I just went to check on the butt and realized it had turned off. When I checked it just before the power surge the internal temp was 164. It was out for 3.5...
