    Chicken n Ribs on the WSM , turned out great ! Chicken was one of the best Ive done a perfect 165 and super moist but the ribs were not but still delicious , charcoal went on a runaway when I put the chicken on but besides that all worked out

    Good morning everyone ! Been reading on here for a few days ! Seems like a great bunch of people ! Chicken breasts brining and rub is in the ribs to go in the WSM this afternoon , I’m in Alberta Canada
