I just saw that thermometer too at Costco and since it is a wifi one with 3 probes, that seems like a great price. Are you still having problems with it?
I thought I would start a thread specific to this thermometer to attract more opinions from those who have used it. I have been leaning toward another brand just because spending nearly $100 on this thermometer is a lot when there seem to be better options out there and since I am uncertain...
Ok well since I don't have one yet, I guess I may as well get the adjustable one then if it might be a little trickier getting it lit when half full. There doesn't seem like there is a downside to the adjustable one. Thanks.
I guess what I am asking is does it work better to have a smaller tube full as opposed to a bigger tube half full? Just trying to see why and adjustable tube is needed.
I am just looking at getting one of the tubes to use in a gas grill. What is the purpose of the adjustable tube? Can't you just fill a 12" tube half full if you want less smoke?
I was looking for a thermometer as well and notice Inkbird has a WiFi model for $100. Has anyone had any experience with this? Do you like this better than the RF model?
