    Birthday Grilled Pizza's w pics

    Check out the Baking steel. Works fantastic - home oven no grill needed (sacrilege I know). alternately try doing a two zone grill on the grates for a second and flip the dough and top the grilled side. That will work better than hoping for the dome of a grill to get hot.
