Too salt, smoking deer hind leg
Hello, I made a misstake where I made the salt and water solution too salt and injected it with a syringe into the meat.. the percentage is 15% My question, can I save the meat by letting it sit in water for a few days, or is it ruined? Sorry for bad english, from Sweden.. Thanks
