Smoker Temp Dropped During Night, Pork Still Safe?
I had a similar thing happen to me last night. I have 2 pork shoulders on the smoker. I probed one of the shoulders before I put it in the smoker with a wireless temp gauge so I could monitor the temp from inside. When I went to bed, the grill temp was doing good around 225, but woke up and it...- Mike F.
