    The way I see it is, there was a ton of covid money thrown into the system. People getting paid to stay home..that money has played it's way through the system and is gone. Also, the fact that Mak built such solid units, repeat sales are a long way down the road.

    I have been using a "propeller" spice grinder but it keeps over heating and cutting out. A hear a burr grinder is better?? Not looking to spend a fortune but would to see what you all are using.

    Brian, This is the German hunters gravy I have made several times and is very good. Goes great on any meat, tators or Spatzel. I also add a few dashes of either Maggie or Gravy master towards the end. I also have not added porcini mushroom powder and never missed it...

    Nice Brian, I am going to have to look if Aldi has these, where they in the freezer section? For red cabbage I just open a jar of Aunt Nellies and add some fresh pepper and it is good enough for me. Top it all off with a good German mushroom gravy.
