    Interesting! The chip pan does have holes in it. Did you place the cast iron pan inside the chip pan? That's a great suggestion!

    Hello! I did my first smoke on a Masterbuilt propane yesterday. It was more difficult than I thought (2 fires!) I'm concerned that my chips are catching fire and burning vs smoking. When I could get them to smoke, I had a nice thin blue smoke. Ribs turned out well, but it took a LOT more...
