    I like that ! I live in the middle of 2 Kona coffee farms, I will have to hit up my neighbours for some green coffee. Are you pretty happy with rotisserie setup ? i just looked on ebay and cannot find a drum, do you have a link to the one you found.

    lol Our horses get out sometimes, and they love all that green grass in the neighbors coffee field, and he loves just seeing them in his field, so it’s all good at the end of the day. They don’t touch the coffee at all

    Awesome information, since I live in between 2 coffee farms here in Kona , I’m going to have to try that I think I will try it on my Weber Wok with a little coffee Wood for flavor

    LOL, Funny thing is when I was in St Louis last summer, I did see a banana tree growing in someones yard, and I know it will probably not be alive long enough to get banana's , but I wonder if they realized how much value was in the leaves and the stock/trunk ? And your friend gave you good...

    LOL, I have done the Kalua pork on my Smokey Mountain, I wrapped it in banana leaves, ti leaves, and used the stock/trunk of the banana tree in the water tray and put some of the trunk/stock, cut into 1/4 around it, it came it really good !

    Thank you ! You know, i have been to them, and watched them, spilled beer around the pit, but was not really a participant in the "dig" ..., Maybe threw some ti lives or banana leaves in - lol .

    Yes, I actually had a friend give me some "old growth" kiawe, that is super heavy for its size, smokes up well. And the Summit - I love it !
