    Put a pork shoulder in this morning @ 225* going on 11 hrs, been stalled around 150 for almost 2 hrs??? first big meat smoke.. *edited to add temp*

    Got my 1st smoker this spring 30" bluetooth, have experienced the 899 spike three times, twice this evening, does it only occur when connected through the bluetooth or do i have control panel issues?
