    Alright everyone, I did it. I performed the Holy Grail, I killed, prepped, smoked, and catered a whole hog. Cooked yesterday and served today. I've got a reverse flow smoker from Peoria custom smokers and it was brilliant for the 100lb hog. 15 hours and it was probably the best pork I've pulled...
