Bunny had a lunchoeon today and I had to fend for myself. So I rubbed up a Cornish hen with OR Santa Maria and on the Weber 22 with some apple wood. Nice crusty skin thanks to RO lump and a little direct sear. Gonna have to hit these more often. Have a nice weekend everyone!
