    Interesting. I’ve noticed when I don’t put water in the pan the temps soar. That could be the issue. Another tip would be to place an aluminum pan under whatever you are smoking to catch the drippings so they don’t go in the water. Not sure about your other mod’s but try another smoke with water...

    I’ve had a smoke vault 24 for years and never seemed to have that issue. Do you have both side vents and the top vents all the way open? Are you running wood chunks, chips, or splits?

    Ribeye is $9.99 a lb here but I clipped the $7.99 a lb coupon. Tried it yesterday and it wouldn't take the $7.99 ln only the $9.99 lb one. Never had an issue with the brisket, butt, or ribs though.

    Verizon has a couple. My wife’s grandmother has one we pay for each month on our plan. Nothing fancy just a basic flip phone. Think it’s about $15 a month and the phone was free.

    Nothing good here in East TN Kroger wise. If you have food lion they have butts for $.99 lb and spares for $1.99 lb.

    Always use self checkout. Rib deal worked for me yesterday. Also grabbed a butt for $.97 a lb. Had a family member try the rib coupon in north GA and didn’t work. Thinks when he clicked on the store in that zip it only showed a delivery option.
