Deep Fryer recommendation...
Looking for a deep fryer that holds about 2-3 qts of oil. Don't need a really big unit. Biggest issue that I am having is max temp. Some of these units seem to be barely able to hold 350-370 degrees. what next...
I have two uds now that I really like with the exception of one thing... The round grate is not very friendly when it comes to utilizing space. What is the next option for a uds style cooker that would use square or rectangle racks? Thanks Hud- Fixithud
