Christmas surprise!
I've only done 2 smokes on mine. Also got it for Christmas. Can't wait to do more. I think it's the best thing I've ever used for cooking. I only wish I could use it more often.- tmark

Has anyone tried the Best Choice smoker?

Has anyone tried the Best Choice smoker?
I saw this in an unsolicited side banner and looked to see how its features compared to other units. It comes with most of the things others have but of course I'm leery of something that cost much less than tried and true brands. Also the reviews don't seem to be ones of much experience in...- tmark

Am trying to get a head start on this smoking thing. Have my WSM in the cart and hoping Santa can fit it in his bag. Doing research and other studying and can't wait to get started.
