We are heading down to Port Charlotte Florida in a few weeks. Can anyone recommended any good bbq joints down around that area, Tampa, Ft. Myers ETC. I would love to find any "hidden gems".

There is a guy I follow on tik tok, Walter Johnston. He has alot of great content (not sure if he is on other platforms). He has an AK and seems to do alot of cooks on it. I have the regular akorn and it's been great. 6 years old no issues.

Great color on the ribs!! how did you season them? I love having a smoker, kamado & a griddle. I can cook so much variety. Those roasted potatoes in that one pic is one of my favorite sides.
well we just put together our menu, going to have about 10 people over
-Buffalo wings
-Honey BBQ wings (for the kiddos)
-sausage/cream cheese croissants
-spinach & artichoke dip
-lil smoky wieners
-potato skins
-beer cheese & pretzel bites
I plan on getting a smaller on to experiment with next time.
Flu/sickness is crazy here in West KY right now. It went from -20 Windchill last week to mid 60's-low 70's this week. Wife is a pharmacy tech and she said they are handing out meds like crazy!
With the Super Bowl coming up what is your favorite snacks to make? I always do pigs in a blanket, smoked queso dip & usually chicken wings or ribs! This is one of my favorite events to host.
