    Great color on the ribs!! how did you season them? I love having a smoker, kamado & a griddle. I can cook so much variety. Those roasted potatoes in that one pic is one of my favorite sides.

    first brisket of 2023!

    I plan on getting a smaller on to experiment with next time. Flu/sickness is crazy here in West KY right now. It went from -20 Windchill last week to mid 60's-low 70's this week. Wife is a pharmacy tech and she said they are handing out meds like crazy!
