This is the "house" sauce of Smoke-n-Stokes in Greenville SC. I believe Cheerwine is even the sponsor of their BBQ team. I'm not a huge fan of it since it is pretty sweet, but they have a whole stack of trophies that says I don't know what I'm talking about. Place has pretty good BBQ all the way...
White Cloud how finely do you chop the cabbage? I've had slaw that sounds similar to this before but it was chopped really fine and almost relish like. Its pretty standard on pulled pork sandwiches in the upstate of SC and I haven't ever been able to find a recipe for it. I'll definately have to...

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcomes. I'm not going to let the apartment thing stop me thats for sure. I'm looking forward to learning a lot and eating well.
I've been looking around for a month or so now and figured it was time to introduce myself. I'm not 100% new to smoking ( a couple of whole hogs, butts, ribs, etc with the old man and uncle) but haven't ventured off on my own yet. I've just moved to the coastal GA region and live in an apt. now...
