I used LD Carlson Breiess Dried Malt Extract Traditional dark I used about 1 1/2 cups with about half the booster.Used White lab liquid Irish Ale yeast
wlp004 also used LD Carlson yeast nutrient 2 tsp for the batch Started the batch yesterday will see how it comes out.

Looks Good But Too much rub not fit to eat
Started a chimney of lump coal this moring and in the past have had trouble with sparks comming out of the chimney. I found an aluminum strainer at goodwill that I thought would work well it fit perfect over the chimney .So I started the coal all was going well until the lump coal took off and...
Just love my food saver made these Rib Rub Packets just right for a rack of ribs and since they are vaccum packed they will last forever.
