A Charcoal Chimney that lasts. Hopefully.
I have a Weber chimney starter I bought from Lowe’s 10 years ago or so. No rust issues. I use it and once it cools off, I store it my garage out of the elements.- yankee2bbq

New WSM: Which Mods?
For my 22 in WSM: 1. Stainless steel door. (No gasket needed) 2. Stainless steel hinge for the lid. (No more lifting the lid off and placing it on the ground, table..etc) 3. BBQ Guru Digital controller. For over night cooks. Look at Cajun Bandit for WSM modifications.- yankee2bbq
