got a new smoker fired it up let it set at high to break it in for about an hour brought it down to 200 threw my walmart pork loins on after i seasoned, and let it smoke for 2-3 hours then brought temp up to 225, now it looks like its dehydrating doesnt even look like it will be good to eat...
