OMG that's a big piece of pork
Hi guys and gals, One of my good friends gave me a 21 lb, pork picnic, as a gift, to smoke. I'm new to smoking ( I've only smoked some salmon a few times in my MES) Is this an impossible task to smoke this large of a picnic. Is this gonna take 48 hours to cook?
