cleaning your mes 30?
Bear and the group, I did forget to mention that I do clean the temp sensors after every smoking. All in all, it takes me about an hour to clean the smoker. My Army training and my OCD make me want to keep things clean and serviceable. DUHH! Jay AJ4AY Mobile, AL- aj4ay
