The wife and I are on a no sugar/no carb diet so I am taking a go at Jeff's Original with splenda Brown sugar substitute. Will also finish with a homemade finishing sauce and barbeque sauce...no sugar :(

Saturday - Boston Butt went on at 4pm, cant wait to have it for dinner tomorrow night. Injected with mixture of 4oz Stubbs honey pecan BBQ, 4oz apple juice and 1/4 cup of Jeff's rub. Rubbed with Jeff's rub. Can't wait to pair with an asian cole slaw...
My wife doesn't really care for heavy smoke so I'll probably never focus on a beautiful smoke ring, but the apple, hickory and pecan added great mild flavor
