    Took me a bit to get Q view up but here's the finished product. Started about 8am double foiled about 1 and pulled and coolerd at 195 which was 4 o'clock pulled out of collet at 545 briskets were both at about 210 and then it got real quiet which is always a good sign!

    Simple rub Black pepper, brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, and salt.  Turned out delicious

    I just did mine before my session on Sunday I put on the doors opposed to the smoker itself. Why, I don't really know but it worked fantastic my dyna glo is sealed up tighter than a popcorn fart now!  Good luck.

    Pulled at 170 and wrapped with butter,brown sugar,my rub, and homemade apple pie shine. Back in the smoker now. More to come
