Setup an overnight smoke on my Big Green Egg last night and the temp control fan I use ended up dying in the cold. The temp dropped steadily over about 2 hours to a temp of around 140. I've got the fan swapped with a spare and its back up in the 250s but not sure where that leaves me in terms of... -
