Thanks for the reply. I'm using a ivation bbq thermometer and I just did the rest and it's reading 212- pblanton

Hello everyone I'm new to all this and have a few questions my masterbuild 40 you can set to 275 and it reaches it. but if you use a different thermometer it reads low and I don't understand it is there something wrong or does it get its reading another way. its like 20 degrees different do I...- pblanton
