Yeah I was a stupid and didn't even offer the SS for sale when I sold the Traeger- I had planned on bringing the SS to the next pit at that time before I got interested in a wifi controller. Ah well.
Totally reasonable question, SonnyE- I ended up selling the Traeger and getting a new grill with a wifi controller. I wanted the ability to monitor the pit remotely. I think if the Savannah Stoker had wifi it'd be perfect.
I've got a Savannah Stoker PID controller for Traeger pellet grills for sale. It's all in good working order.
It's amazing how much this improved the performance of my Traeger; it can maintain super tight temps, calibrate temperatures, and even run a cook program that smokes for a couple hours...
I just got a Savannah Stoker, so I'm unloading my Ortech controller that is only ~6 months old. Works great. Controller only, no RTD- just use the stock one as I did.
