    I'm eddy from wa state. I have a master build electric smoker. I plan on cooking tri tip, brisket, fish, pulled pork, ham,and other meats. And I am completely new at this, so any info on rubs, brine's would be great. Thanks in advance for anyone taking time to help a rookie.
