Rookie making first smoker. Need help.
Hi all. Love this site. I'm planning to build a metal smoker. I have never tried this before and have never had a smoker before. ( used my gas grill with a tin full of water and wood chips is about it.) I'm probably going to ask dumb questions but I rather do that then spend money on mistakes...- e laugh
