 A packer is a lot of meat, do folks cut it up and freeze some for future smokes or smoke it all and freeze the leftovers

I am making up my first batch of rub, wal mart Paprika bottle says 2.12 oz. came up to 1/2 cup in my measuring cup which would be 4 oz. Is this a weight vs volume thing. thanks Kirk

I just put mu OK Joe Highland together a couple weeks ago. All went well except for the front leg bolts, their was a  hole to screw in to on the leg but none on the smoker leg stub, so the bolts just spin. I plan to drill holes soon but I am presently holding legs on with a bungee cord .
