BRISKET
here are a few pastrami brined briskets that I got on my kamado Joe (big Joe) They were brined for nine days, and then I applied a rub of peppercorn, coriander, chilli flakes I am using applewood chunks, on top of Kamado Joe charcoal Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- butcherpete
