Both were great tbh and no kidding i spent 4 months in korea gotta love korean bbq. The strawberry jalapeno jam glaze turned out way better than i thought it would. It was kinda a toss up and i wasnt sure how it would turn out!

And the rib on the right isnt burnt it just has a dark coloration and the lighting didnt help it haha

Right after pulling them off the smoker honestly for my first rib smoke they were amazing! My wife liked the korean bbq ones better than the strawberry jalapeno ones but i liked the strawberry ones better! Room for improvement but overall a successful smoke!
