New to smoking.. About a year.. Pennsylvania grillin and smoking year round. Teenager smokers.. Big family so we have two a big and small one.Started slow with wings, beef and pork roasts.. Recently a full turkey and now pork loin roasts.. Looking forward to seeing tricks of the trade!
