    Gateway Drum Smokers

    it looked like just a bit ash pan in the bottom but it cam about 1/3 of the way up the wall and was about 2-3 inches away from the outside wall.  i should of looked at it closer.  not sure how your draft from you air intakes work when that liner is up that high.

    not a secret on color.  i applied my rub then a layer of mustard i wrap them in plastic wrap for 12-15 hours.  started my smoker i used my UDS since in was a practice run.  I burn hickory.  Remove the Ribs from fridge and unwrap and put another layer of rub on.  put on smoker meat side up for...
