It has been a little bit since I have smoked anything but the weather in Michigan has been pretty crazy for February so i decided it was time to smoke some chicken.
I rubbed on some olive oil and then added ,paprika,onion powder,fresh garlic,pepper,thyme,sea salt.

Looks wright pugsbrew . I wrote it out on the first post to help people out because I know my spellings and grammar are BAD enough then throw in auto correct its all down hill after that. Good luck I hope you like them as much as we do .
