Thank you, Gary!
It took about 3 days in the fridge to (mostly) thaw out, faster than I expected!
Luckily this one was a gift, so I didn't have my own cash invested haha
My slicer left those long knife strokes that I bet are what you are seeing. Seems like it is time to sharpen it haha.
Hope...
Thank you, Chris!
I appreciate it, Bear!
I don't know how I'll go back to box store briskets, or how I'll financially handle being an SRF guy now :D
Absolutely agree--love leftovers! Thanks, Ryan!
Only wagyu I've ever cooked, but if they are anything like this one, it is worth the money!
Thanks, Al! It was a beautiful cut of meat.
Thank you!
You won't regret it!

Thanks, Go Vols!
Thank you, Rob!

The first few months wrecked tourism in Gatlinburg (and everywhere I assume) while things were shut down--though I completely agree with the decision to do it. Things have gotten closer to normal building slowly through the summer based on dad's observations at least. I love the shine pickles btw!
Awesome spread, glad it was a good day! I'm loving the Old Smokey moonshine jar--I'm a big fan. My Dad actually works in Gatlinburg so we usually have a jar of one of the flavored varieties at the house when I visit.
