Ill be smoking two racks of baby backs on saturday using the same rub i did last time. love the rub. 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup paprika 4T coarse salt 3T coarse pepper 2t onion powder 2t garlic powder 2t celery seed 1t cayenne pepper i like to add more cayenne for a kick but its up to you ill... -
