Hello Everyone
I'm Randy from Western NY. Got a digital MES40 with the side cold smoking unit last year for Christmas and have had some success with venison loin, whole chickens, turkey, and ribs. Still need some work on the brisket. Hoping to learn everything I can. :grilling_smilie:
