Just got a 30" master built electric digital smoker for xmas, and after I season the smoker, I think I may try my hand at a leg of lamb. I love me a good hunk of lamb!
I'll have to see what I can find in the way of lamb at the local supermarkets, but should be able to find a small leg...
Newbe here, with a 30" masterbuilt digital smoker, gonna get it seasoned and cook my first roast here in the next day or so. Just curious if someone could pass along safe internal temps for different meats like Beef, pork, lamb, ect.

New smoker here from WV. Well, after watching my buddy use his masterbuilt smoker at his cabin, and enjoying way more meat than I should, and seeing how easy it is to use one, I was given a 30" masterbuilt as a Christmas present today!
