1st time on new smoker!!
i bought this Dyna-Glo smoker about a week ago, assembled it and seasoned it the first night. Well now its time for the first run on it. I have a 14lb. Brisket and 9 lb. Pork butt on it. The brisket has been in for almost 8 hours now and the pork just now got put in. I havent had any trouble...- cbdubb420

Well Hello There!
doing a seasoning on my new smoker. I decided to go with the Dyna-glo wide body smoker. I'm about an hour and a half in and the temp is running just a little hot. Sprayed the whole inside with canola oil. -
