Thanks for the comments chaps. I live in the UK, it was a dry, if not a little humid weekend. Definitely didn't rain. Afternoon all, I recently built a UDS and had its maiden voyage to season it on the weekend. All went well except for one thing, loads of condensation on the inside of the drum... Good afternoon from the UK chaps! I was curious if somebody could help me identify the cut of pork rib that my local Polish butcher sells. The UK names of many meat cuts differ, but as the UK doesn't really have a thriving BBQ scene the US name of the rib cut would be ideal (if there is one)...- drdonny
