    I went ahead and just left them on the smoker without tinfoil. I had the heat at about 220-230 for 4 hrs. They turned out perfect.

    This was my first attempt with ribs. I tried using the 3-2-1 method. Turned into the 4-3-1 after was all said and done. Just a few mistakes with the charcoal. A great learning experience for sure.
