hey all, think I'll go with the ET-733. Amazon has different ones see the link below. they all are 733... are there any differences in them, any advice?

Thanks Jasper....I have an instant read...I'm looking for a probe that stays in the meat with a temp readout so I don't have to loose the heat by taking the top off the Brinkmann...thanks for your reply
