I have an original Bradley smoker and I dont really trust the temp gauge on it. Has anyone changed their temp gauge on theirs? What's a good brand? What's a good size? Help please.
I know this is a meat smoking forum but lately I've been wanting to do a crawfish boil. Is there anyone on here that does crawfish boils and can give me advise? What to use, whats a good/not to expensive boiler?
I haven't used my MES for a couple months now(due to me getting a new bradley) and now there is green mold growing all in it! How should I go about cleaning it or is it done for?

Hello everyone! I'm new to all this but I already love it. Louisville ky here. A buddy came over last and brought his smoker and now I want one. I just don't know what to go with. Gas? Electric? Charcoal? Pellet?
