Boyinjm I just got the smoker last week but I can tell you everything so far has been great. Cooked burgers and dogs Friday, then did a 16 hour smoke on a pork butt (best butt I've ever smoked). Did my initial burn last night, assembly was very easy. Buying sight unseen was a little scary but this smoker is built to last! Thank you for letting me join the group. Ive been smoking for the last ten years on a cheap gas smoker, finally bit the bullet and ordered a Rec Tec pellet smoker. Thanks again and looking forward to all the good advice.
